NFPA 1001  Firefighter 1&2

A comprehensive twelve-week program, with ten weeks at our facility in Orangeville, Ontario and two weeks in Houston, Texas. The ten-week portion prepares our students for their testing to receive their IFSAC seals. We teach all of the skills and knowledge required, and students are then sent to Texas for a skills camp, where all testing will be completed. During their stay at our facility, students will live the life of a firefighter. They will eat together, sleep in a dormitory setting, be responsible for station duties, and be on call to respond to mock emergency calls, all while gaining their education in firefighting. We believe very firmly in lots of practical, hands-on experience for our students, so there will be plenty of time to sharpen the skills learned in class.
